How we make a bunk bed
Every S.L. Wood Works bunk bed is made in our own factory in Bengaluru. Here is the journey from your measurements to your room.

Measure and design
We start from your room size and the design you like, and plan the bed, stairs or ladder and any extras around it.

Build the pine frame
The structure is made of solid pine wood, cut to size in our own factory.
- 03
Fit the plywood platforms
The sleeping platforms are made of plywood, fitted into the frame.
- 04
Five coats of paint
The bed goes through five coats of paint, sanded between coats, in the colours you choose.
- 05
Finish and check
The final finish goes on, and every bed is load tested past 500 kg before it leaves the factory.
- 06
Deliver and install
Our team delivers and installs the bed. Delivery and installation are free within Bengaluru.

Once you order, we keep you posted at each stage of making your bed, so you always know where it is.
